Sweet and gentle people of Paris! I am über-excited to be coming to your enchanting city to, as you put it, "comédie de tir à votre visage" (shoot comedy at your face).
Warning: my act will be 98% in English, as usual.
The venue I'm playing, by the way, is quite historic. Not only did Edith Piaf perform here, but it was the very last place Django Reinhardt performed in before that fateful gypsy caravan fire that, though unspeakably tragic, forced him to invent a completely new approach to playing the guitar, transforming not only his own career, but jazz itself. (I apologize if you were expecting a joke in this paragraph.)
