I'm thrilled and honored to be part of a unique and unmissable tribute to a musical and comedic genius who was one of my closest, closest friends, real or imaginary: Neil Innes.

I'll be performing five minutes of stand-up.
Why only five?
Because I'll be sharing the bill with a legendary host of others, including Michael Palin, Terry Gilliam, Adrian Edmondson, Nigel Planer, and (mirable dictu!) the Ruttles.
I vow, however, that my five minutes will be an achingly-intense five.
Plus I've been assured I'll be afforded the pleasure of participating in some of Neil's immortal songs (as will the audience; the evening will be magical).
